Thanks to the more-than-generous attention made by
Mike Parker and Mike Lunsford, we've made a few more sales and hopefully, a few more interested participants (I hesitate to call them "fans" as of yet). This is definitely encouraging.
At this point, we're hoping to hit up a few conventions and spread the word around. We've been generously offered a table over at the Mid-Jersey Comic Con (mid-August), which is pretty exciting. I think we'll be sharing a table with
some old friends.
We're hoping to wind up at the Clifton or Fairfield shows (both in mid-t0-late March), but we've apparently lost contact with the coordinator. Last time we heard, he seemed interested. If you'd like to see Horsemen at either shows, politely contact John Paul (
PUGPRDCTNS@aol.com) and ask if we'll be present. It may help.
And in keeping with tradition, I'll also be appearing at the 3rd annual
New York Comic Con (as a guy who likes going to comic book conventions), along with my girlfriend and mutual friends. I'll bring a few copies of the book and any other promotional materials I can think of bringing along that might spread the word a bit.
That's more or less it, as far as current comic book shows are concerned. When something interesting happens, or I have anything particularly interesting to say, expect an update.
Later!
